Untraditional but still delicious!

Ingredients:
• Corned beef + spice pack
• Mustard & brown sugar
• Onion & garlic (big pieces)
• Beer, beef broth, or water
• Potatoes, carrots, & cabbage (added in stages)
• Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F.
2️⃣ Rub with mustard & brown sugar, add onion, garlic, and spice packet.
3️⃣ Add liquid, don’t submerge. Cover & roast for 45-50 minutes per pound.
4️⃣ After 1 hour, add potatoes & carrots, more liquid if needed.
5️⃣ Add cabbage 15-20 minutes before done.
6️⃣ Rest beef 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with veggies & horseradish cream!
