Replying to @DoloresNathy It’s Day 2 of Too Hot to Cook and I’m not gonna lie—this video is 3 years old because I was too sweaty and uncomfortable in the video today (no AC in the kitchen 👍) + I truly don’t want to get flashbacks when I watch it back. So here we are…. With my OG no cook Tuna Salad that I make probably once a week in the Summer. The cabbage is actually my favorite part because it doesn’t get soggy like lettuce and makes it more hearty and crunchy.
Makes 1-2 servings (ish)
• 1 can tuna, drained
• 1–2 tbsp mayo (start with 1)
• 1 tsp Dijon
• salt + pepper to taste
Optional ingredients:
• Chopped @Grillo’s Pickles (duh) + 2–3 tbsp pickle juice
• Shredded carrot
• chopped banana peppers & onion
• handful of cabbage or *bagged coleslaw*
• fresh or dried dill or parsley
*Time-saving tip: grab coleslaw mix with carrot

This is literally the perfect meal to me. I can eat tuna almost every day. And cold/no-cook meals don’t make me go into a food coma after eating. I know people love a hot meal but I prefer stuff like this. I also don’t feel weighed down after meals like this.
