Pilates saved my life!

I’m not here to say Pilates is for everyone because it’s not. And I’m also not saying it was an overnight change. I remember feeling so terrible about myself all the time and nothing was helping. I was killing my self at the gym doing weight and nothing was fixing it. I tried 12-3-30 didn’t work for me. I tried weight lifting it didn’t work. I tried hot girl walks and nothing. Until I found Pilates there was nothing I could ever say consistent with. The key to becoming your happiness self is finding something that you love and being able to stay consistent with it.
