This thought I share with you today was inspired by my Mama's advice and wisdom. I can no longer physically hear her voice but I hear them clearly in the depths of me heart and soul.
Step in front of the mirror, lock eyes with the resilient, incredible woman staring back at you. Do not focus on any imperfections. Speak words of absolute appreciation, reminding yourself that you are, first of all, the daughter of the one true King of Kings 👑, and that you are fully capable and completely enough exactly as you are.
