What I eat/ drink in a day

As you can see, I tried a more liquid solution for the first four hour of my day, the. Ate solid foods after a certain time. (The pictures are mixed up- I had my shrimp Alfredo for lunch and my smoothie for a snack) It was not necessarily a “balanced” day for me, it was good #Lemon8Diary
