Healingš¤
Just because you have a good heart , doesnt mean everyone deserves it !! God will allow people to hurt you over and ober agin untill in hurt so bad it could stop you breathing.
It may sound cruel but God is waitbibg for you to let go of certain friendships, relationships and anything else that isnt no longer serving you a purpose !
Talking from experience God has allowed the very same family and friends i thought needed or loved me to hurt me .
Ask yourself this , do they support you? , have they made a joke and it was at you and nit with you? Dobthey go months with speaking to you ?
Psalm 118:8-9 , āIt is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.ā

Healing is a personal journey that requires strength and self-awareness. Often, the hardest part is recognizing when certain relationships are no longer beneficial to our well-being. Toxic friendships and family dynamics can weigh heavily on our emotional health, causing unnecessary pain. Itās important to identify those who lift us up versus those who bring us down. The quote "God will make it HURT so bad you Have no choice But to LET IT GO" signifies that sometimes pain serves as a catalyst for positive change. By acknowledging the hurt, we can begin to heal and move forward. Trusting in God instead of people, as noted in Psalm 118:8-9, reminds us to seek divine support over human validation. It leads us towards a healing journey focused on self-love and growth. Engaging with supportive communities can also provide solace and encouragement during this time. Hashtags like #healingjourney and #loveyourself emphasize the collective movement towards emotional integrity.
