This shop is a bucket list. Since we came to shoot with the bnk children, it is a chic and beautiful shop, and the service is very good. I will bring my girlfriend again this time.
But not arranging the cake is really unable to be full of cracked belly!
We already yearn for and love Thai food. The taste to eat is here. Foreigners like to come in, but Thai people like us have to order rice to eat!
The first dish: "crumpled rice," 🦀 do you see crabs? It is a muscle, like many crabs, because it is a lot. Usually going to other stores is a little crab, crumbling in every word, not much crab.
But...Here, crabs are crumpled. We pour everything they give. Seafood dipping sauce, clumsy and squeezing lemons. They have thought well or we won't come. Sour, sour, zap, zap! Good. Who doesn't eat spicy, recommend taking out fresh peppers.
The dish we ordered later: "Kang fish wild curry." 🐟🐟🐟 Oh, the spice came full of flavors. I gave it. I choked it many times. The big, tight fish. The eggplant thought it wouldn't be cooked because it was fresh green! But when you bite it, it's a very good boil. I can't find it. Even I can't. 😝 The taste is chilly. อาหารไทยนั้นไม่เพียงแต่มีรสชาติที่จัดจ้านแต่ยังมีความหลากหลายด้านวัตถุดิบและการปรุงที่น่าสนใจ ร้านอี-กา แลป ที่ย่านทรงวาดเป็นหนึ่งในร้านที่สะท้อนภาพลักษณ์อาหารไทยแท้ๆ ได้อย่างชัดเจนและน่าตื่นเต้นมาก สิ่งที่เราประทับใจอย่างแรกคือ ความใส่ใจในวัตถุดิบ โดยเฉพาะในเมนู "ข้าวขยำปู" ซึ่งมีการใช้กล้ามปูสดจำนวนมาก ทำให้ได้สัมผัสเนื้อปูเน้นๆ แบบเต็มคำแบบที่ไม่ค่อยเจอในร้านอื่นๆ การใช้มะนาวและน้ำจิ้มที่เข้ากันอย่างลงตัวเพิ่มมิติให้รสชาติเปรี้ยวแซ่บแบบไทยแท้ นอกจากนั้นเมนูอย่าง "แกงป่าปลาคัง" ยังโดดเด่นด้วยการเลือกใช้ปลาชิ้นใหญ่เนื้อแน่นที่ดูเหมือนว่าจะยากที่จะสุกพอดี แต่ร้านนี้ทำได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม มะเขือที่ยังคงสีเขียวสดใสและเนื้อนุ่ม เป็นอีกเรื่องที่แสดงถึงความชำนาญในการปรุงและสมดุลของรสชาติแบบไทยๆ ที่ถึงพริกถึงขิงจริงๆ "ปลาทูบัตเตอร์ฟลาย" เป็นเมนูที่สร้างความสนใจด้วยการจัดเสิร์ฟปลาทูตัวเล็กทอดกรอบ เป็นการนำเสนอในแบบที่แปลกใหม่และน่ารัก โดนใจคนที่ชอบกินอาหารทะเลกรอบๆ แต่ยังกังวลเรื่องก้างเยอะๆ สำหรับมะเขือยาวผัดที่คนส่วนใหญ่มักมองข้าม แต่ร้านนี้กลับทำให้มะเขือสุกนุ่มลิ้นและจัดเต็มด้วยหมูสับและเครื่องเคียงอื่นๆ ถือเป็นเมนูเพิ่มความสมดุลให้กับอาหารรสจัดจ้านได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยรวมแล้ว ร้านนี้ไม่ใช่แค่สถานที่กินอาหารธรรมดา แต่เป็นประสบการณ์ที่สร้างความประทับใจว่าความพิถีพิถันในอาหารไทยสามารถเล่าเรื่องราวผ่านรสชาติและบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นได้ การได้มากินในบรรยากาศเย็นสบายที่ทรงวาด นั่งพักผ่อนลิ้มรสชาติแท้ๆ ของไทย ถือเป็นการเติมเต็มภาพรวมมื้ออาหารให้ประทับใจยิ่งขึ้น ถ้าคุณเป็นคนที่ชอบอาหารรสจัดและอยากลองเมนูที่มีเอกลักษณ์พร้อมบรรยากาศดีๆ ที่ไม่วุ่นวาย รสชาติอาหารที่นี่ตอบโจทย์มาก อย่าลืมลิ้มลองเมนูเหล่านี้ในครั้งต่อไปที่ไปทรงวาด รับรองคุณจะรัก!
