Pollinator Garden

From my own experience, establishing a pollinator garden is one of the most rewarding gardening projects. Starting with a selection of salvia varieties is a fantastic choice because they provide abundant nectar that hummingbirds and butterflies love. Salvia’s vibrant colors and long blooming period help sustain these pollinators through multiple seasons. Water sources like shallow dishes or birdbaths can also increase your garden’s appeal. Avoid pesticides and chemical fertilizers to keep your pollinators safe and healthy. Instead, opt for organic compost and companion planting techniques to naturally boost plant health. Overall, a pollinator garden not only supports biodiversity but also creates a peaceful outdoor retreat filled with the delightful sights and sounds of hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees at work. Starting small and observing which plants thrive in your climate will allow you to build a sustainable and beautiful habitat over time.
