Ramen famous shop around the plaster stove!!!
Today I run a business around the plaster stove and remember that there is a delicious ramen around here, so I stopped by a bit. The shop is called Gojiro Ramen🍜. If I remember correctly, this shop is another one that is a pupil of Chonbu Ramen of Chonburi. For this shop, the shop is on BTS, the plaster stove. But if I drive by, there will be no parking space, but the bear goes to the cafe around that day, so I park at the cafe 20 hours a day and walk to eat. The small shop on the street is very lucky that there are not many people, so I don't have to wait. There are seats like the counter bar and the table, but the bear goes alone. So I sat in the counter bar. The menu that the bear ordered was Black Garlic Ramen 195.- 🍜 with red onions. It looks very delicious, rich, ruffled, soft pork, and the other menu is steamed 🥟 dumplings. The dumplings are delicious. I really like it. Around the page I will try Tan Tan because there are only viewers who like Ramen to try this shop.

ถ้าใครเป็นแฟนราเมนเหมือนกัน ต้องไม่พลาดร้าน Gojiro Ramen ที่เตาปูนนี้เลยค่ะ บรรยากาศร้านเล็กๆ แต่อบอุ่น มีที่นั่งทั้งแบบเคาน์เตอร์บาร์และโต๊ะ รู้สึกเหมือนนั่งกินราเมนที่ญี่ปุ่นจริงๆ วันนั้นที่ไปจอดรถคาเฟ่แถวๆ ใกล้เคียง ซึ่งเสียค่าจอดชั่วโมงละ 20 บาท แต่ก็ถือว่าคุ้มเพราะเดินเพียงเล็กน้อยก็มาถึงร้านแล้ว อย่างเมนู Black Garlic Ramen ที่หมีสั่งมาทาน มีหมูชาชูชิ้นหนานุ่ม ไข่ต้มสุกกำลังดี หอมหัวแดงซอยให้ความรู้สึกกรุบกรอบ และสาหร่ายเพิ่มกลิ่นอายแบบญี่ปุ่นแท้ๆ น้ำซุปเข้มข้น นัวกลมกล่อมจริงๆ ส่วนเกี๊ยวซ่าที่สั่งเพิ่มมา นึ่งมาสุกกำลังดี รสชาติกลมกล่อมนุ่มลิ้น ถือเป็นเมนูทานเล่นที่ช่วยเพิ่มความสมบูรณ์ให้มื้ออาหารนี้ ถ้าใครเคยได้ยินร้าน Chonbu Ramen ชลบุรี ร้านนี้ก็เป็นลูกศิษย์ที่มาสืบทอดสูตรเด็ด เอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว ถ้าครั้งหน้าได้ไปอีก จะลองสั่งเมนู Tan Tan Ramen ที่หลายคนแนะนำมาทานดูค่ะ สำหรับการเดินทางร้านอยู่ติด BTS เตาปูน เดินทางสะดวกสุดๆ คนที่ขับรถอาจจะต้องจอดแถวคาเฟ่ใกล้เคียงนะคะ ส่วนเวลาทำการ 11:30-21:00 น. ใครชอบราเมนในกรุงเทพฯ แถวนี้ ต้องไม่พลาดร้านนี้จริงๆค่ะ
