Beware!! Influencer's tax.
The tax of the "influencer," a near-story that is forbidden to overlook.
In an age when anyone can make money on social media, the "influencer" profession has become one of the fast-growing money-making channels - whether it's product reviews, sales lives, or getting sponsors - but what many people may not understand clearly is, "Are these earnings taxable?" and how should they be handled properly?

Whichever way you get paid, if it's from working as an influencer, it's all income:
▪️ commodity review wages: direct wage money from a brand or agency.
Ad Revenue ▪️: Share of revenue from YouTube, Facebook, WFP
Affiliate Commission ▪️: Broker from shopping cart or Link Suggestion
▪️ gifts / goods received for free: If they are of high value, the IRS may count as "assessed money" that must also be calculated for tax.

For the most part, the income of influencers falls into these two categories:
▪️ Section 40 (2): General wages (made from time to time), 50% of charter expenses are deducted but not more than 100,000 baht.
▪️ Section 40 (8): Conduct of business (make a profession, have an investment, have a team), deducted according to actual expenses (must have full proof of receipt)
จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ผมได้เริ่มทำงานเป็นอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ ผมพบว่าเรื่องภาษีเป็นสิ่งที่หลายคนมองข้ามและเข้าใจผิดบ่อยครั้ง โดยเฉพาะการยื่นภาษีและประเภทเงินได้ที่มีผลต่อการหักค่าใช้จ่ายและลดหย่อนภาษี ซึ่งผมเองก็เคยประสบปัญหาการจัดการเอกสารไม่ครบถ้วน จนต้องเสียเวลาแก้ไขหลายครั้ง สิ่งที่ผมอยากแชร์คือ การแยกบัญชีรับเงินส่วนตัวออกจากบัญชีรับเงินรายได้ของงานอินฟลูเอนเซอร์นั้นช่วยให้การบริหารจัดการภาษีง่ายขึ้นมาก อีกทั้งการเก็บใบเสร็จค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นค่ากล้องถ่ายทำ หรือค่าเช่าสตูดิโอ ก็จำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพราะสามารถใช้หักค่าใช้จ่ายจริงเพื่อลดภาระภาษีได้ นอกจากนี้ควรจดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) หากรายได้เกิน 1.8 ล้านบาทต่อปี เพื่อให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและไม่เกิดปัญหาภายหลัง ถ้ารายได้สูงกว่า 3-5 ล้านบาทต่อปี การจดจัดตั้งนิติบุคคลจะช่วยประหยัดภาษีได้มากขึ้น และช่วยลดความเสี่ยงการถูกปรับย้อนหลังสำหรับภาษีเงินได้และ VAT ด้วย ผมยังแนะนำให้ใช้บริการผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านบัญชีหรือภาษีเพื่อช่วยวางแผนภาษีอย่างมืออาชีพ เพราะในยุคนี้สรรพากรกำลังเข้มงวดกับอาชีพอินฟลูเอนเซอร์มากขึ้น ท้ายที่สุด อย่าลืมว่าแม้ของขวัญหรือสินค้าฟรีที่ได้รับจากแบรนด์ก็มีมูลค่าที่ต้องนำมาคำนวณภาษีด้วย ดังนั้นการประเมินมูลค่าที่ถูกต้องและบันทึกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนจะช่วยป้องกันปัญหาภาษีไม่ชัดเจนได้อย่างดี เมื่อทุกคนเข้าใจและวางแผนเรื่องภาษีอย่างถูกต้องแล้ว อาชีพอินฟลูเอนเซอร์จะเป็นช่องทางสร้างรายได้ที่มั่นคงและถูกกฎหมาย ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องภาระภาษีที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
