สำหรับใครที่หลงใหลในรสชาติอาหารจีนสไตล์ 湖南 หรือหูหนาน ไม่ควรพลาดร้านนี้เลยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะเมนู 辣子鸡 ที่จัดจ้านถึงใจในแบบฉบับต้นตำรับ ฉันเองก็ชอบไปกินที่สาขาห้วยขวางบ่อยๆ และครั้งนี้เมื่อมาเจอสาขาที่เกิดใหม่ในย่านสีลม ทำให้รู้สึกดีใจมากเพราะแถวนี้โดยมากจะเป็นคนต่างชาติและหาร้านอาหารจีนแท้ๆ ทานยาก ร้านกันเอง เย้หลายเซียง อาอี๋คายเหมิน สีลมนี้ บรรยากาศจะต่างจากสาขาอื่นเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ยังคงรักษารสชาติและวัตถุดิบคุณภาพเอาไว้ได้ดีมาก จุดเด่นคือการใช้วัตถุดิบสดใหม่ทุกวัน ทำให้ได้รสชาติที่กลมกล่อมและน่าติดใจเหมือนกินที่หูหนานจริงๆ นอกจากนี้ เมนูจานโปรดอย่างหมูผัดพริกหยวก จะให้สัมผัสรสชาติที่เผ็ดร้อนกำลังดีผสมกับความหวานของพริกหยวก ส่วนปลาต้มผักกาดดองก็เป็นจานที่เหมาะกับคนชอบรสเปรี้ยวอมเค็ม แนะนำเลยว่าต้องลองชามะนาวขี้เป็ดซึ่งเป็นเครื่องดื่มแบรนด์นี้ที่มีความสดชื่น เหมาะเจริญอาหารสำหรับคนที่กินอาหารรสจัด พนักงานทุกคนก็ให้บริการด้วยความเอาใจใส่ อบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง บรรยากาศภายในร้านมีความร่มรื่นและเหมาะกับการนั่งชิลล์หรือพาครอบครัวและเพื่อนฝูงมาทานอาหารร่วมกัน ฉันรู้สึกว่าร้านนี้เหมือนบ้านใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ ที่มีรสมือจีนแท้ๆ อยู่ในทุกคำ นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องส่วนตัวสำหรับใครที่ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวมากขึ้นอีกด้วย ถ้าคุณชอบการค้นหาร้านอาหารจีนที่ไม่ค่อยมีคนรู้จักในย่านสีลม ร้านนี้จึงเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีอย่างยิ่ง แถมยังเป็นร้านลับที่คนจีนยังติดใจ บอกเลยว่าคุ้มค่ากับการไปลองชิมด้วยตัวเองจริงๆค่ะ
