Staying hydrated is crucial, especially if you’re visiting with kids or during the hotter months. We spent hours walking from the African savanna to the new tiger exhibit, and having readily available water was essential. It also helps manage your budget – buying multiple bottles of water for a family can really add up! On that note, while water bottles are generally okay, most zoos, including Nashville, have stricter policies on outside food and other drinks. So, always double-check their official website for the most up-to-date rules before your visit. But for water, you're usually good to go with your own reusable bottle. Just make sure it’s plain water! Overall, knowing the Nashville Zoo's water bottle policy made our day smoother and more enjoyable. It allowed us to focus on the amazing animals and experiences without constantly worrying about finding water or spending extra cash.
