⭐ rating: 2 / 5 - Normally, we like to eat a lot of roasts, but here it's like taking scalded meat and making it, not roasting a dish. The meat is made like a prepared piece of meat, made to boil something like that. Most of the very large pieces of meat are sticky, some of them are rotten, the meat is braised. It's good that the blood is thick (; > _ <;)

⭐ rating: 3 / 5 - quite sweet, hard pork, but not much of it. Dipping sauce is not spicy at all, haha.
We go to eat 2 people. Normally, we eat completely, but this is almost all eaten because we are hungry too, unfortunately (^ _ ^;)

นอกจากรีวิวเมนูหลักที่แชร์ไปแล้ว อยากเสริมอีกหน่อยว่าที่มิตรภาพลาบก้อย ขอนแก่นนั้น บรรยากาศร้านดูเป็นเอกลักษณ์ มีคนแน่นเกือบตลอดเวลา สะท้อนถึงความนิยมที่ไม่ได้มาเพราะแค่รีวิว แต่เพราะความคุ้นเคยและความรู้สึกผูกพันของลูกค้าท้องถิ่น สำหรับเมนูก้อยซอยสุกที่บางครั้งเนื้อให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนตุ๋นลวกนั้น หลายคนอาจชอบในสไตล์ที่แตกต่างออกไป อย่างผมเอง แม้จะชอบความกรุบกรอบของเนื้อคั่วใหม่ ๆ แต่ก็เข้าใจถึงสไตล์ของร้านที่เน้นเตรียมเนื้อไว้ล่วงหน้า อาจเหมาะกับลูกค้าที่ชอบรสชาติเข้มข้นซึมซับและเลือดเนื้อแน่น นอกจากนี้น้ำจิ้มของคอหมูย่างที่ไม่ค่อยแซ่บตามรีวิว อาจลองสั่งน้ำจิ้มเพิ่มเองหรือปรับลองเมนูอื่น ๆ ดูก็ได้ครับ สุดท้าย อยากแนะนำให้ไปช่วงเวลาที่ไม่ใช่ชั่วโมงเร่งด่วนจะได้บรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลายขึ้น แม้รสชาติอาจไม่ได้ว้าวสุด ๆ แต่ได้นั่งสัมผัสบรรยากาศและรับประทานอาหารอีสานแท้ ๆ ในขอนแก่น พร้อมกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว ถือว่าเป็นอีกหนึ่งประสบการณ์ที่คุ้มค่าและน่าประทับใจทีเดียวครับ
