Incorporating a variety of exercises such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility work can optimize fitness outcomes at this age. It’s also important not to overlook the mental benefits; regular exercise improves mood, reduces stress, and enhances confidence. For those over 40, focusing on form and gradual progression helps prevent injuries. Listening to your body and allowing for proper rest are essential.
