🌿 Urban Garden Weekly Check-In 🌿

Welcome to our little urban garden oasis on the balcony of our small Brooklyn apartment! We just planted everything yesterday and are excited to take you on this journey through our green paradise, where nature meets city life. 🌱

🍃 Newly Planted and Sprouting:

Green Beans & Bok Choy: Just planted yesterday, eagerly waiting to sprout! 🌿

Strawberries: Planted 4 days ago, starting to settle in. 🍓

Chilli Peppers: Just sprouted and looking spicy already! 🌶️

Lemon Seedlings: Tiny but mighty, making their debut. 🍋

Thyme: Fresh and fragrant, ready to enhance our dishes. 🌿

Green Onions & Oregano: Just starting to show, adding a touch of green to our garden. 🌱

📅 Weekly Routine:

Morning Walk: Daisy and I start the day with a stroll through Bushwick. Checking in on our local plant shop to see if there are any new plants that peak our interest!

Watering Time: Hydration is key! We give each plant the perfect drink to keep them happy.

Weeding & Pruning: A little TLC to keep our garden neat and tidy. Daisy occasionally tries to help by digging, but we’re working on that! 😅

Growth Check: Watching our new plants for signs of growth and health.

Compost & Feed: Adding compost to enrich the soil and feed our growing plants.
