Don’t you just hate it
when you have no idea what to eat? takeout is too dang expensive, you have a kitchen full (or not) of random things, and you blank every time you try to settle on SOMETHING.
That is precisely why I spent two years building, editing, trashing a list of meal ideas - ending up with a notepad compendium of over 300 days of meals: breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner 🍽️
All I have to do is open my phone, click 2 buttons and just scroll to pick and choose whatever I’m craving that day. I can even search and find on one ingredient to jump me right to a day with the food I’m looking for 🤓🔎
Type in “zucchini” and it brings up 20 different meals, like my Nourish Bowl, BBQ Charred Zucchini with Rice, Sesame Stir Fry, Creamy Pesto Gnocchi, Sheet Pan Bake, and on and on 🥒
I also added extra tips at the end with specific foods for higher energy, balanced moods, regulating hormones, and nourishment 🧘♀️ if you want my full list of 300+ days of meal inspo, just comment “300” below ⬇️
All my love,
Em 🫶
