Meal plan + workout split + inspo🤍✨
I have struggled my entire life with gut problems…. bloating, pain, lack of appetite, terrible sleep. It seemed like no matter what I ate, I ended up looking 6 months pregnant after every meal. So I did my own research, food journaling, testing, and FINALLY found a day of foods that didn’t hurt me, or make me feel uncomfortable, mentally and physically. So I made another day like it. Then another day.
And now, I want to share that with you. I incorporated some movement to go with it: gentle weight training and Pilates because those are the things I love ❤️
The tea 🫖
* Progressive Weight training
* Cardio at the end of the workout
* Foods: sourdough, soup in the morning is always super easy on my digestion, herbal tea daily, lots of water, kimchi or fermented cucumbers/carrots, sauerkraut, Greek yogurt, NO (or limited) fake sugars, fruit (natures candy)
Here’s my 7-day meal plan (with snacks) for fat loss and muscle gain based on my needs, 1,600–1,800 kcal per day, with a macronutrient split of 120–140g protein, 140–180g carbs, and 50–60g fat per day.

I know many of you are looking for long-term solutions, not just a quick fix, especially when it comes to feeling good and looking great! Extending a 7-day plan into a full month can seem daunting, but it's totally achievable with a few tweaks. My personal journey taught me that consistency and variety are key to sticking with it. For your breakfast, lunch, and dinner chart of healthy foods throughout the month, think about rotating your gut-friendly staples. For example, my mornings often start with a simple Greek yogurt topped with a mix of fresh berries or a slice of pineapple, or sometimes a nourishing avocado toast with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a kick. Lunch can be a vibrant hummus bowl loaded with shredded carrots, corn, and cucumber, or a comforting homemade soup. For dinner, I love making a lean protein like chicken or fish with a hearty kale salad, or a delicious Thai curry with tofu and plenty of veggies, ensuring I hit my protein and healthy fat goals. The images reminded me of how many wonderful ingredients like bulgogi, chickpea guac, and various fresh produce can be incorporated creatively! Shopping for fresh grapes, mandarins, and apples each week keeps my fridge stocked with healthy snacks. When it comes to your workout split, the goal for an aesthetic diet plan often involves building lean muscle while shedding fat. While my article mentions gentle weight training, many find an upper/lower workout split incredibly effective for progressive overload. This allows you to hit muscle groups twice a week without overtraining. For example, you could do an 'Upper Body A' day, followed by a 'Lower Body A' day, a rest day, then 'Upper Body B' day, 'Lower Body B' day, and two active recovery days (perfect for Pilates!). If you're focused on a single body part workout plan for a specific area, you can still integrate that. For instance, add an extra glute or shoulder focused session after a lower or upper body day, just be mindful of recovery. Remember, the key is consistency and slowly increasing intensity. To truly build an aesthetic physique and see the results from your 1 month diet plan for weight loss, remember it's more than just what you eat and how you move. Hydration is critical – I always have my herbal tea and water throughout the day. Prioritize sleep, as it’s when your body recovers and builds muscle. And don't forget the power of gut health! When your gut is happy, you absorb nutrients better, feel less bloated, and your overall energy levels are higher, making it easier to stick to your goals. This holistic approach is what truly helped me transform both mentally and physically, and I believe it can help you too!
