I am sorry, I keep forgetting to update! I have officially gone through one and today hit another checkpoint! Old Weight: 196.7 lbs New Weight: 180.8 lbs I am so beyond proud of myself and feel so much happier since losing these 16 lbs! If anyone out there needs a slight push, find checkpoint
