It’s a new month and a new opportunity for achieving goals. Last month was great however, I’m looking to challenge myself even more. A few of my wellness goals this month are below and I’m writing it here to hold myself accountable ✨

- fast for 16 hours per day

- 30 min cardio per day

- drink 2 hydro jugs per day (80oz total)

- take collagen, fiber and multi

- strength training 5x per week

- 5k steps or more per day

- stay within calorie range
