My typical day at the gym
🤍 most days I run at least 4 miles and do a 40 minute core or full Pilates video. 🤍days I’m sore( Sundays) I just do a walk when I get home from work and a short recovery Pilates video. 🤍on days I don’t run I go on the stair stepper or elliptical for at least an hour. To help me go so long I put

What I do for my workouts
- run at least 4-5 days a week over 5 miles -40 minutes of core or Pilates everyday - stair stepper on my off running days -eggs after my workout -lots of bananas to limit cramping -and more fruit in general ❤️
