Gochujang Tofu Flatbread: Tasty Fusion Recipe!

Gochujang tofu flatbread; one of my favorite creations to-date! This recipe is not only INCREDIBLE but it’s easy to put together with easy-to-access ingredients.

THE GOODS:

𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Half a block extra-firm tofu

2 Tbsp Gochujang Sauce (my last post!)

Olive oil

2 Tbsp labneh

1 flatbread

𝐠𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞:

2 Tbsp Soy sauce

2 Tbsp Rice vinegar

1 Tbsp Gochujang

2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

1 tsp Water

1/2 tsp Sugar

𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡:

Fresh parsley

Fresh green onions

Fresh mint

Pickled turnips

Red onion

Golden tahini sauce

𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:

• Start by making the Gochujang sauce by mixing all the ingredients.

• Crumble the tofu mixing it with some oil and the Gochujang sauce. Add to the air fryer for 15 mins at 400°F or until crispy and charred.

• While that's cooking, chop up the garnish ingredients.

• Char your flatbread for 5 mins, load on the labneh, the tofu, and top with colorful veggies, golden tahini sauce, and enjoy!
