DAY 5: 75 SOFT 📖✨ 👍Pros: I started the day off strong with a long walk with some friends. At the end of the walk, I did close to 10k steps. I was feeling strong and motivated. I also weighed myself and saw that I lost 4 pounds! At the end of the day in total walked over 11k steps! Amazin
