75 Soft, Day 5: Strong Start but Weak End 🤧

DAY 5: 75 SOFT 📖✨

👍Pros: I started the day off strong with a long walk with some friends. At the end of the walk, I did close to 10k steps. I was feeling strong and motivated.

I also weighed myself and saw that I lost 4 pounds!

At the end of the day in total walked over 11k steps! Amazing!

🤔Cons: The walk made me feel exhausted and I perhaps did too much too soon.

I ended up ordering a burrito and nachos at the end of the day. Using up my one free takeout/cheat meal for the week.

⭐️Overall rating: 3/5: Strong start but weak end. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better!

However, the highs came with a cost—feeling exhausted after my exertion. While the walk gave me a sense of accomplishment, I succumbed to cravings and ordered a burrito and nachos as my one cheat meal for the week. This brings a common hurdle for many in fitness journeys—navigating social outings and cravings while trying to stay on track. It's all about finding moderation and balance. As part of the #75softchallenge, it’s essential to embrace vulnerability and share both the victories and setbacks. Tomorrow's another day to improve and hopefully finish stronger!
