One of my favorite soups🥰
Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 small yellow onion diced
5-6 potatoes peeled and cut into small to medium cubes
1-2 cups of kale(personal preference on amount)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup heavy cream
5-6 cups chicken broth
Salt & pepper
Directions:
I’m large pot, brown sausage, remove, drain and set aside. Add onions and garlic, cook until translucent.
Add sausage back as well as potatoes and chicken broth, bring to simmer(about 15min) reduce heat to med low, add kale, heavy cream and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, salt and pepper to taste.
I served ours with grilled cheese and it was delicious!!!!
