Fill with ice tightly and 2 cap fulls of cranberry aloe.

Then mix 2 scoops of H3O, 1/2 tsp pineapple and 1/2 tsp pina colada with 4-5oz of cold water and pour on top.

Finally mix 1/2 tsp of blue raspberry with 2-3oz of cold water and pour on top.
