A strong core 2026
I never really have any specific fitness goals but this year I really want to be more consistent with strengthening my core. Here I’m doing cable crunches. They hurt so good! Start at a low weight, your arms should be locked in place, and tighten your core! #cablecrunches

I’ve seen this squat machine in my gym since it opened but I was scared of it lol. Since the squat racks and the smith machine were taken, I decided to try this out and I LOVE IT. I can get low and I feel more stable which helps me to focus on form. Have yall tried this before? How do you like it??
