The dark secrets of Social Security

- About the Social Security app server. Max says that this server is 34 years old (actually it is Mainframe). It is called OS 390, which the OS 390 company has stopped supporting 21 years ago (simply, it has expired 21 years). But!! Social Security still pays OS 390 an annual rent of 55 million baht.

- The peak is $55 million, this is just one part. The full cost of the whole system is $200 million a year, including $2,000 million.

- In fact, in 2009, trying to change the new Mainframe, because the old stuff is very old, the project was made 2,300 million baht, but this does not mean that Social Security will own it. The project is a five-year lease, but there should be a conflict on the board, causing the cancellation of the project and the "black screen."

- So it still uses OS 390 to this day, and the last time the server had an IT problem, it invited all the elite experts, 9ARM, Professor Suebadesh from Beartai, etc., to come together to comment and solve the problem.

But that day, Social Security informed the police that there might be unrest, turned to see the IT people who came with a nerd carrying a bag, a notebook, how to get into the unrest, WTF!?

- which this Dark Fiber costs 3.6 million baht a month (nearly 40 million a year), but still crashes!!

- Max said that Data usually runs around 10TB, and Social Security uses Data at around 20 GB, and Dark Fiber is also a True, AIS Operator line. Max thinks that we use "Space X" for sending documents, which is much more than necessary.

The other interesting thing is that the investment board is going to hire an expert as a consultant, and now someone from Social Security advances to the meeting, and there's a foreigner who meets every time through Zoom, but never makes an opinion, like watching.

So there's a doubt about who the people in Zoom are, and they're asked who the people in Zoom are, and the foreigners say they're from this company, but what you're talking about in this room, I can't hear it, so I never turn on the mic to express anything.

- It's been known that Social Security hired one investment consulting firm, but that company hired Sub Contact, and then it broke the contract (and his board didn't say anything?), and the peak is that after the contract expires, but when the contract expires, the consulting firm still sends a representative to attend the meeting!?

- Next to the top, the problem is that the Social Security Fund is the main fund of more than 2 trillion baht, so when Social Security is going to invest any stock, that stock may be priced up. And when someone doesn't know which one to buy, go to the spoon first. When Social Security buys the shares plus the shares, they sell rich!! (In the board that serves here, there is a law to control, but for those who are not involved!?)

- Mr. Max, you see that the Social Security Administration has a "way of thinking" that its own agency is the owner of the money. Some people have been working here for 20-30 years and then passed on the wrong idea of corporate culture, and before, it has always been closed. No one has ever accessed the information.

- There was also an employer board representative who posted that he wanted Social Security to be transparent. Max said that he wanted to be transparent. Why didn't he want to live at the meeting?
