Indeed, resentment or jealousy in people's minds, often stems from comparisons and feelings that self-worth decreases when seeing others better.
On this earth, anything that is useless will lose value and disappear on its own over time, but anything that is useful will always retain value in itself.
Let us be sober, stable, knowledgeable, committed to sin and move on to do what is beneficial to ourselves and the public. "

จากประสบการณ์การดำเนินชีวิตและการปฏิบัติธรรม หลายครั้งที่ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่าการลงมือทำสิ่งดีๆ ด้วยใจที่มั่นคงและศรัทธานั้นเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมากกว่าการรอคอยคำชมเชยหรือการยอมรับจากผู้อื่น สิ่งนี้สอดคล้องกับคำสอนของพระอาจารย์ตะวันที่เปรียบเหมือนดอกบัวที่งอกงามในโคลนตมแต่ไม่เปื้อนด่างพร้อย ซึ่งสื่อถึงการรักษาความบริสุทธิ์ใจและความตั้งมั่นแม้ในสถานการณ์ที่ยากลำบากหรือถูกใส่ร้าย เมื่อเราทำสิ่งที่ดีโดยไม่หวังผลตอบแทนและไม่ให้คำตำหนิหรือการดูถูกมาหยุดยั้ง เราจะพบว่าคุณค่าของการกระทำนั้นคงอยู่ในตัวเองโดยไม่ถูกลดทอนลง การมีสติรู้ทันความรู้สึกตัวเองและผู้อื่นช่วยให้เราป้องกันจิตใจจากความริษยาและความไม่พอใจที่มักเกิดจากการเปรียบเทียบกับคนอื่น นอกจากนี้ เมื่อเรามุ่งมั่นละบาปอกุศล และขยายความดีไปยังส่วนรวม ความดีนั้นจะส่งผลดีทั้งต่อตัวเราและสังคมรอบข้าง ทำให้จิตใจเบิกบานอย่างแท้จริง จากการประยุกต์ใช้คำสอนนี้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ผมพบว่าการรับมือกับคำตำหนิอย่างมีสติและไม่สูญเสียความตั้งใจเป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่ช่วยให้เราเดินหน้าต่อไปได้อย่างมั่นคงและสร้างสรรค์ ต่อให้เจออุปสรรคหรือคำวิจารณ์ที่ไม่เป็นธรรม เราก็ควรมองให้เห็นค่าในตนเองและความดีที่เราทำ แม้ว่าผลลัพธ์จะไม่ถูกยอมรับในทันที แต่คุณค่าที่แท้จริงจะไม่สูญหายไปตามกาลเวลา
