When we cannot comment, we can accept everything without judgment, which is the measure of whether we exist or do not exist.
• If not accepted: There are still objectors, there are doubts inside.
• If acceptable: The heart will lose all doubt, will not object, will not resist, the nature of the thing is, the heart is ready to accept all unconditionally.
This is access to the root, learning to accept without us judging, breaking our narrow opinions.

ในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน ผมพบว่าแนวคิดเรื่องการ "รู้แบบไม่มีความเห็น" จากคำสอนของพระอาจารย์ตะวัน ช่วยให้จิตใจสงบขึ้นมากครับ เมื่อก่อน ผมมักจะมีความคิดเห็นและจิตใจวุ่นวายกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ อยู่บ่อยครั้ง เช่น รู้สึกโกรธ หรือหงุดหงิดกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น แต่เมื่อได้ฝึก "รู้ทันตัวเอง" คือรับรู้ความคิดและความรู้สึกโดยไม่ด่วนตัดสินใจหรือแทรกแซงความจริง ทำให้รู้สึกว่าสิ่งเหล่านั้นเป็นไปตามธรรมชาติของสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นมากขึ้น ผมเริ่มฝึกการยอมรับสิ่งต่างๆ อย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความสุขหรือทุกข์ ทำให้อารมณ์ไม่แกว่งไปมาอย่างรุนแรง และเริ่มเข้าใจว่าความเห็นของเราคือสิ่งที่อาจขวางกั้นความเข้าใจที่แท้จริงของชีวิต ในช่วงแรกอาจมีความเห็นแวบเข้ามา ซึ่งธรรมดา เพราะเป็นกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่ต้องใช้เวลา แต่เมื่อนานไป ใจก็จะค่อยๆเปิดกว้างและเต็มไปด้วยความสงบมากขึ้น ผมจึงอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองฝึก "รู้สึกตัว" อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อทำลายความเห็นที่คับแคบ และกลับมาอยู่กับความจริงตามธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง นี่ไม่ใช่แค่การเชื่อคำสอน แต่เป็นการทดลองด้วยใจตัวเอง ทำให้ผมเข้าใจว่า "การเห็นเฉยๆ" ตามธรรมชาติของความจริงโดยไม่มีคำอธิบาย เป็นหนทางสู่การหลุดพ้นจากความทุกข์อย่างแท้จริง
