I think the car night is over...Until the day the 'buttress land' is about to be sold at auction.

Think "car night" and everything's gonna be over, right?

Say it's the beginning of a nightmare if you handle it the wrong way...This is a real experience, an expensive lesson that comes with years of stress, escaping trouble, and almost exhausting the person who loves us the most.

The starting point was to return the car, but there was a "difference" to pay, so there was no money, so most people chose "quiet."

The result is?

30% salary warrant bounced to work!

I was shocked and decided to solve the problem with fear: "quit" and run away to find a new job.

I think I escaped...But the law is more than GPS.

Two years later, a warrant came home, and I went to court, but made "the biggest mistake in my life."

I was negotiated in front of the courtroom by the plaintiff.

"It's done. Go home and wait for a warrant."

I was convinced to sign "I haven't even come to the throne"! I finally accepted all the terms, negotiated installments.

But when I can't deliver, I'm missing...The real disaster began.

The court is not following me this time because I have no property.

But the warrant goes to "the land of the surety" prepared to be seized at auction!

And then, knowing that I couldn't escape anymore, I had to come back to the truth, and I walked into "Department of Defense" to negotiate a new deal with the agency as a middleman.

The fact that many people don't know is:

The plaintiff just wants his money back. He doesn't want his land.

If we dare to talk, we dare to negotiate, "It's a discount."

The solution to the game is:

At least 25% of the debt (after discount) must be placed to file a lawsuit.

Ask the suing side to issue a document "extending the sales period at auction" first (I will stretch it to 2 rounds).

Bite the teeth to raise money to clear the rest of the top to finish.

Once the debt is cleared, the litigator will issue a restraining document for us to redistribute.

But slow down...This world is nothing free!

The last lesson to be slapped in the face is that there is a "dispossession fee" of about 2-3% of the debt to be paid to the Department of Justice!
