Social media platforms like TikTok have offered spaces where such conversations can flourish, providing support to those undergoing similar struggles. It's important to understand that loving and caring for oneself is not contradictory to faith—it is an essential part of it. Staying too long in relationships or circumstances that cause lasting pain is not a mark of strength but a signal to seek change. I’ve come to embrace a faith that supports personal boundaries and values emotional health as much as spiritual devotion. This balance has helped me heal and grow more resilient in a holistic and empowering way.
