Do it cold, Do it sweaty, Do it tired🤷🏽♀️
First, let me start by saying I have no idea what I’ll be doing when it comes to the workouts. All I know is that I just get my body moving!!
If you haven’t gone through my previous post, I’m doing a 75 soft challenge but I’m putting emphasis on the first 30 days so technically it can still be a 30 day challenge 😍😝
So basically, I’m just existing to help motivate anyone that’s stuck on the couch. I don’t care if you get up in 40° weather wearing gym slides to walk for 15 mins .. you must start somewhere and if this is you .. GOOO YOUUU👏🏾👏🏾

Starting a fitness journey is often the hardest part, especially when motivation is low or life gets busy. What I've learned while doing my own 30-day soft challenge is that consistency matters more than intensity. Some days, I walk outside in chilly 40° weather wearing whatever's comfortable, even just gym slides, which might seem unorthodox but gets me moving. It’s about showing up for yourself, no matter how sweaty or tired you feel. Incorporating even short bursts of activity can boost your mood, energy, and overall well-being. For individuals struggling to find motivation, try setting small, achievable goals, like taking a 15-minute walk or stretching for five minutes before bed. Celebrate these wins — they add up over time. Through this journey, I’ve come to embrace vulnerability and share my real-life experiences, including days when I had no clue what workout I'd do but still committed to moving my body. This approach turns exercise from a chore into a manageable habit. If you’re feeling stuck or intimidated by intense workout plans, remember that progress starts with a single step, whether it's moving in cold weather, sweating it out, or pushing through tiredness. Your body and mind will thank you for every small effort. So don’t wait to be motivated—create your own motivation by simply starting somewhere, anywhere.
