After doing some research and hearing from fellow fitness enthusiasts, I decided to cut caffeine out of my diet completely, especially while taking fitness supplements such as Axion. The main concern was the heart palpitations that some reported—feeling the heart skip a beat or race, which can be alarming and potentially dangerous for those who experience chest pain or irregular heart rhythms. On one occasion, I accidentally consumed a caffeinated coffee while on a supplement regimen meant to be caffeine-free. Almost immediately, I noticed the effects—my heart felt like it was pounding harder and faster than usual, which was quite uncomfortable. This experience reaffirmed my decision to stick with decaf options and avoid caffeine during my fitness routine. Some of my friends and followers have continued to consume caffeine without any negative effects during their workouts and supplement use, reporting increased energy and focus instead.
