Be nice if you want to be treated correctly ..
In my own experience, embracing kindness and treating others well has always come back in positive ways. The saying "Be nice if you want to be treated correctly" is not just a polite suggestion but a fundamental principle of human interaction. It’s about setting the tone for how you expect to be treated and making sure you also extend that respect to others. One important aspect of this is recognizing that maturity involves unlearning certain behaviors. The OCR content conveys this well: "I don't care how you were raised. You are an ADULT.. Grow up and unlearn that shit." This resonates deeply because sometimes we carry forward behaviors from our upbringing that might not serve us well in adult relationships. Deciding to grow beyond those, especially in how we treat and interact with people, leads to healthier connections and mutual respect. From personal experience, when I intentionally chose to act with kindness—even in tiring or frustrating situations—I noticed a shift in how others responded. The atmosphere became more cooperative and genuine. It’s also worth noting that being consistently nice helps in professional settings, friendships, and family dynamics by building trust and reducing conflict. In conclusion, being nice isn’t about weakness or simply being polite; it’s about fostering respect and understanding that benefits all parties involved. It’s empowering to decide to grow up and unlearn any harsh or dismissive behaviors, opting instead for kindness as a way to create positive change in your life and those around you.
