[SPOT] SC Asset swept Q2 / 2025 revenue of more than 5,220 million baht, 95% growth, with a strong backlog of 19,600 million baht. Half the year, the second half went ahead to open eight new projects, 16,400 million baht.

During Q2 / 2025 (Apr-Jun 2025), SC Asset posted total revenue of 5,220 million baht, growth from the previous quarter (QoQ) of 95%, and growth from the previous year (YoY) of 13%, divided into sales real estate or Engine 1 group revenue of approximately 4,837 million baht, growth from the previous quarter to 117% - revenue from Recurring Income or Engine Group 2 - total consulting and management revenue of approximately 383 million baht.

In the second half of 2025, Engine 1: Prepare to launch eight additional residential and condominium projects with a total project value of more than THB 16,400 million, comprising six single-family housing projects worth THB 8,400 million - two condominium projects worth THB 8,000 million. At the end of the last 2 / 2025 quarter, the company has revenue waiting sales (backlog) of approximately THB 19,600 million, 36% low-rise and 64% condominiums.
Recurring Income, or Engine Group 2 - started operating two more hotels - Cromo Bangkok Collection by Hilton and The Standard Pattaya Na Jomtien Hotel by the end of the 3rd quarter - has an increase in rental warehouse space to 150,000 sq m with a 100% rental rate by the end of the year.
Based on the results of the first half of 2025, the company has a total revenue of 7,891 million baht. The net profit of 531 million baht at the meeting agreed to pay an interim dividend based on the net profit according to the ad hoc financial statements and the results of the company for the period 1 Jan - 30 June 2025 in cash at a rate of 0.05 baht per share. By the XD mark on 27 Aug 2025, the list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend (Record Date) is determined on 28 Aug. 2025 and scheduled to pay dividends to shareholders by Sep 9, 2025.
