That’s rhetorical sleight of hand, if I’ve ever seen it. If Democrats are blocking the continuing resolution (CR), they should be transparent about why. SPELL. IT. OUT. In layman’s terms for the uneducated and simplest of Americans. Stop playing defense and start teaching the syllabus. Because whether it’s sky-high premiums, missed paychecks, or another round of furloughs, the blame will land on them, especially from voters who keep choosing policies that work against their own interests. So maybe it’s time to release the reins. Let the consequences unfold. Let the American people experience the full weight of what they’ve been voting for. Not out of spite but out of clarity. Sometimes the most powerful civic lesson is lived, not legislated. Just reload those “I told you so’s” and shoulder shrugs for ‘em.
