From the first days of not being fluent (despite having some experience) to today, I can say that this place gives a lot of lessons, especially solving face-to-face problems and handling situations each day. The society here is great. Super cute friends, especially the Department team, FM team, Team Leader, CEO and very friendly friends. We have been on the Etihad and Condor team, which is to say a very challenging team! It is difficult to find problems every day, but it is fun and the flight table is very good, some heavy, alternating according to the airline work style, but overall is Enjoy, which we like Condor very much. Uniform is beautiful, can wear many colors, the pattern is cute, the crew is handsome and cute, hahaha. I like the most passengers, Enjoy is fun, Germany is already starting to work with passion, and Etihad is not the same, Challenge, but it is equally fun. You have found something new every day, but it is really fun.

การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Passenger Service Agent (PSA) กับสายการบินระดับโลกอย่าง Lufthansa นั้นไม่ได้ง่ายเหมือนที่หลายคนคิด แต่ก็สร้างความภูมิใจและประสบการณ์ที่ล้ำค่ามากมาย ผมเองก็ได้เรียนรู้จากการเผชิญหน้ากับสถานการณ์หลากหลายรูปแบบที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละวัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการรับมือกับผู้โดยสารที่มีความต้องการเฉพาะ หรือสถานการณ์ไม่คาดคิดที่เกิดขึ้นแบบทันทีทันใด การทำงานในทีมของสายการบินในเครือ STAR ALLIANCE เช่น Etihad และ Condor ทำให้ได้ฝึกฝนทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ปัญหาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมไปถึงได้เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมและลักษณะงานที่แตกต่างกันระหว่างสายการบิน นอกจากนี้ เรื่องสวัสดิการและตารางวันหยุดก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยที่ทำให้การทำงานที่นี่น่าพึงพอใจมาก เพราะช่วยให้เราสามารถบาลานซ์ชีวิตการทำงานและชีวิตส่วนตัวได้ดี ความน่ารักของเพื่อนร่วมงานทั้ง Department team, FM team, Team Leader และผู้บริหารอย่าง CEO ก็ทำให้บรรยากาศการทำงานเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและสนุกสนาน ผมชอบยูนิฟอร์มของสายการบิน Condor เพราะใส่สบายและสีสันน่ารัก ทำให้รู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมอย่างแท้จริง การได้ทำงานร่วมกับผู้โดยสารที่หลากหลายทั้งความเยอรมันและอาหรับก็เติมเต็มประสบการณ์การบริการและความเข้าใจในวัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่างไปในแต่ละวัน สำหรับใครที่สนใจจะสมัครงานในตำแหน่ง PSA หรืองานกราวด์สตาฟของสายการบิน ผมอยากแนะนำให้ตั้งใจ มุ่งมั่น และอย่าย่อท้อ เพราะการผ่านรอบสัมภาษณ์ไม่ได้ง่ายเสมอไป แต่ถ้าคุณรักงานบริการและพร้อมรับความท้าทาย งานนี้จะทำให้คุณได้ Up Level ตัวเองในด้านทักษะการแก้ปัญหา การจัดการสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้า และได้สร้างเครือข่ายคนในสายการบินที่มีคุณค่าอย่างแน่นอน
