This video I made for one of the hockey players I know who plays for Team Jamaica and also plays in the FPHL, too. He is such a great athlete but even a great person he was the main person that help me through my sports depression because he went through something similar to me and now we are close

When it came to outdoor track, I had tons of ups and downs, felt like I wasn't myself, everything didn't feel right. My mood and attitude for the sport I loved changed in seconds. It eventually led me to a dark whole of sports depression but I had amazing people who helped me through my dar

Cross country is not only a sport, but it was a family. My team was not only talented, but we were all close no matter what and where there for each other whenever anyone was going through a bad time. This sport, the environment, the coaches, and even my teammates it brought joy to my day every day

I've met so many amazing people for some many years ago to just about a few years ago, and it's amazing how one thing can bring so many people together, whether it's sports or school it's so amazing when things bring people together as one.
