My First Trimester Experience
First Time Pregnancy is so much different than the second.
What I remember most during my First Trimester and first pregnancy was how fatigue I was. This is completely normal during pregnancy.
I was also very nauseous luckily I never threw up. I remember the smell of raw chicken even cooked chicken would set me off. I couldn’t eat chicken for my first trimester.
Breast Tenderness was actually how I knew I was pregnant. I went from an A Cup to a D Cup then to a C Cup after giving birth.
I gain weight and I was not able to lose weight until after birth. I probably gained 10 lbs in the first trimester.
Oh, I gas was really too 😅
Of course I had the mood swings as well I wouldn’t say they were that bad 😂 but my husband says otherwise 😂
Do you remember your first trimester?

The first trimester is often characterized by significant physical and emotional changes. Many women report heightened fatigue and nausea, with sensitivity to certain foods, which can complicate meal preparation. It's not uncommon for first-time mothers to experience drastic changes in breast size and tenderness, signaling hormonal shifts in the body. Furthermore, mood swings can occur as hormones fluctuate, contributing to a rollercoaster of emotions. Weight gain is typical during this phase, and it’s crucial for mothers to understand that this is a natural part of the pregnancy journey. Seeking advice from healthcare providers about managing symptoms can be beneficial. Also, connecting with other expectant mothers through forums or groups can offer support and shared experiences, making the journey feel less isolating. Documenting your experiences can also help others in similar situations, creating a community of shared knowledge and understanding. The first trimester may come with challenges, but it is also a time of anticipation and joy as mothers prepare to bring new life into the world.
