Does cutting sugar actually help?

Cutting sugar is one of the most difficult things I already decided to do. I’m not talking about natural sugar, I’m talking about the processed, junky type of ones.

Our bodies are so intoxicated with sugar and it’s so addictive, that you really need to go through a lot of cravings to really stop it.

The first two weeks was the worse for me. I could feel my body asking for sugar, to something sweet.

I tried fruits, no sugar treats and whatever I could find that was sweet, but without processed sugar, but it didn’t work that good for a while.

But once all that toxic sugar got out of my system, holy moly! What I great life!

My energy levels were stable throughout the day. I could sleep better, I felt better, less tired or bloated.

My skin changed so much. I think the bad skin was result of makeup, but it was actually sugar.

Would you try to cut process sugar too?

In my month of sugar fasting, I went through hell with the cravings at first too. Honestly Id say it was worse than quitting smoking. After 2 weeks I started to notice my memory started to improve gradually. I was able to start recalling things much easier and I struggled less with brain fog or brain fatigue. After about 6 weeks my brain was firing at the same rate it used to when I was a child. I also noticed when I went back to processed sugars, my brain fog and attention went right out the window almost immediately and I had the focus a scattered toddler.
