Book review worth reading
Just finished reading this book 🤭, so I shouldn't read it late at night because I can't put it down until it's bright. 😭🐸
An investigative book that isn't just "Who are the villains" but takes to the depths of the human mind - this one is real.
"The Frog Man Killer and the Conundrum" opens with a critically acclaimed murder case in which the body is staged more like a "twisted work of art" than just a killing, the atmosphere of pressure, retardation and hallucination from the front page, like you're walking in a dangerous city with no idea how close the killer is.
The plot slowly unravels, leaving the knot layer by layer, until you have to constantly question, "Is it true or just a illusion?" The characters are not just good or bad, but full of frightening wounds and realistic motives.

หลังจากที่ผมได้อ่านหนังสือสืบสวนเรื่องนี้จบ ต้องบอกเลยว่าประสบการณ์การอ่านนั้นแทบไม่ต่างจากเดินทางเข้าไปในโลกของฆาตกรเอง เรื่องราวไม่ได้มีแค่การตามหาคนร้ายธรรมดา แต่พาเราเจาะลึกเข้าไปถึงความซับซ้อนในจิตใจมนุษย์ ความรุนแรงที่มีเหตุผล และแรงจูงใจลึกๆ ที่ทำให้ตัวละครแต่ละตัวสมจริงยิ่งกว่าครั้งไหนๆ หนึ่งในจุดที่ผมประทับใจมากคือการเขียนที่ทำให้ผู้อ่านรู้สึกกดดันและหลอนตั้งแต่บทแรก คล้ายกับกำลังเดินอยู่ในเมืองอันตรายโดยไม่รู้ว่าฆาตกรอยู่ใกล้แค่ไหน ความลึกลับของศพที่ถูกจัดฉากเหมือนงานศิลปะบิดเบี้ยว ทำให้ผมต้องตั้งคำถามตลอดเวลาว่าสิ่งที่เห็นนั้นเป็นความจริงหรือเพียงภาพลวง เหตุการณ์ที่ซ้อนทับกันหลายชั้นทำให้เนื้อเรื่องน่าติดตามและไม่สามารถคาดเดาได้จนถึงตอนจบ นอกจากจะเป็นนิยายสืบสวนที่เต็มไปด้วยความระทึกใจแล้วยังแฝงจิตวิทยาที่ทำให้ผมได้ทบทวนความเป็นมนุษย์และมุมมองต่อความชั่วร้ายในตัวมนุษย์เองด้วย ผมเชื่อว่าคนที่ชอบแนวนี้จะชื่นชอบความลึกซึ้งและความหนักแน่นของเนื้อเรื่อง ส่วนถ้าใครไม่ชอบความรุนแรงหรืออารมณ์ตึงเครียด อาจต้องพิจารณาให้ดีก่อนเริ่มอ่านครับ สรุปคือ "ฆาตกรมนุษย์กบกับศพปริศนา" เป็นหนังสือที่ไม่เพียงแค่ชวนให้ติดตาม แต่ยังสะท้อนแง่มุมของจิตใจมนุษย์ในมิติที่ลึกซึ้งและน่ากลัวอย่างแท้จริง สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาหนังสือสืบสวนที่แตกต่างและมีเนื้อหาหนักแน่นแบบนี้ แนะนำให้ลองอ่านดูครับ รับรองว่าจะติดใจและคิดย้อนกลับไปอีกนานหลังจากวางหนังสือเล่มนี้ลง
