How to refund and request a refund (Trial)
We ordered the scale and didn't work well. "And we accepted the product" but!!!Shoppy is available to press return on the system.
📍, we have unpacked clips, package dockets (delivery) and trial clips (good evidence).
There are 2 types of returns available (without any money).
1️⃣ to drop off at a return center near our home, such as SPX, Flash, and so on.
2️⃣ for the staff to pick you up at home.
📍, we choose type 1 because it's just in front of the alley.
The process of returning the package
1️⃣ Submit a package (the package will be recommended in the process) to the staff
2️⃣ Open the QR code for the staff to scan.
3️⃣ We only paid $1 for a docket or something.
How to request a return
1️⃣ Press for refund / return
2️⃣ Choose the reason you want to return (Our choice is incomplete)
3️⃣ Enter Reason + Docket image of the delivered package and Incomplete Trial Product Clip (ours is a Trial Scales clip)
5️⃣ Select the return method. We choose to drop it off at the alley center.
6️⃣ can wait for the store to return the money to the system.
Our 📌 sent the episode around 16.00 and got a refund to ShopeePay at 16.52, which is considered very fast 🥹 (slow or faster refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis).
