จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ไปเยือน Tao Tao Ju ที่ Taikoo Li ในเฉิงตู ผมรู้สึกประทับใจกับรสชาติและความพิถีพิถันของอาหารร้านนี้อย่างมาก ร้านนี้มีชื่อเสียงมากในจีน โดยเฉพาะติ่มซำประเภทฮะเก๋าที่เป็น Signature ของร้าน แป้งหนึบหนับพร้อมกุ้งสดเด้งเต็มคำ ทำให้รู้สึกถึงความสดใหม่ที่คัดสรรวัตถุดิบอย่างดี ไม่ใช่แค่ฮะเก๋าเท่านั้น ก๋วยเตี๋ยวหลอดแดงไส้ทะเลที่ผมสั่งมากินก็อัดแน่นด้วยไส้ทะเลเต็มๆ ทุกคำเต็มไปด้วยรสชาติทะเลที่สดหวาน บางทีเวลาผมกินติ่มซำที่นี่ ผมยังชอบสั่งปาท่องโก๋ที่ไม่เหมือนที่ไหน เพราะที่นี่กรอบกำลังดี ไม่อมน้ำมัน และมีรสชาติกลมกล่อม กินกับชาร้อนๆ เพียงแค่เนี้ยก็ฟินสุดๆ อีกหนึ่งเมนูที่ผมประทับใจคือ ห่านย่างร้อยปี ถึงแม้ว่าจะออกเค็มไปนิด แต่เนื้อนุ่มละลายในปาก และปริมาณจานใหญ่ เหมาะกับการแชร์กับเพื่อนๆ หรือครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ร้านยังมีเมนูเต้าหู้กรอบ ซึ่งเป็นของกินเล่นที่กินเพลินดีมาก สำหรับคนที่กำลังวางแผนไปเที่ยวเฉิงตู ผมขอแนะนำให้ปักหมุดร้าน Tao Tao Ju ไว้เลย เพราะด้วยรสชาติที่อร่อยแท้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคนไทยหรือต่างชาติ ก็ต้องรู้สึกประทับใจในมาตรฐานของอาหารและบรรยากาศร้านที่เป็นกันเอง เหมาะกับการมาใช้เวลาผ่อนคลายพร้อมหาเมนูอร่อยๆ ทานในวันหยุดแน่นอน ท้ายที่สุด การได้สัมผัสความหลากหลายของติ่มซำแบบดั้งเดิมคู่กับบรรยากาศความครึกครื้นของ Taikoo Li ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งความทรงจำที่ผมอยากแบ่งปัน เพื่อเป็นไอเดียสำหรับผู้ที่รักอาหารจีนและมองหาร้านอร่อยในเฉิงตูครับ
