How to do
• 1 handful of fresh basil
• 3-5 cloves garlic dent
• 4-5 shredded ginger glasses
• 1 liter of clean water
Boil the water to a boil. Add the ginger and garlic to it. Boil for 10 minutes.
Then add the basil. Boil for a few minutes. Turn off the light, filter and drink warm. ☕✨
