Evening with the dogs

Week 1 Weigh In

Down 5.6 lbs this week. Sipping my breakfast smoothie and planning a grocery list to keep me on track and successful. Grocery trips here are an every-other-week thing, because the nearest store is 45 minutes one way, and it’s the opposite direction of work. So we meal plan and shop accordingly.
