Heyy let's hit this back! This dumbbell back workout is pretty simple tbh the weights ranged significantly but I used 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. I did 2 sets of 12-15 and then the final set I used the heaviest weight I could handle until failure. It's almost Friday!!
