1 Lb macaroni (overcooked) (Boil - 13-15 Min)

1 Whole Small sweet onion (Grated)

1/3 Cup Milk

3 Cup Mayonnaise (Hellmans)

1 Carrot (Grated)

2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar

2 Green Onions

1/2 Tsp Black/White Pepper

Pinch salt

1 Tsp Msg (Optional)

2 Tsp Onion Powder

Teriyaki Chicken: Grill 375F for 4-5 Min each Side

3 lbs Chicken thighs (Boneless skinless)

1 1/4 Cup Dark/ Normal Soy sauce

1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar/Mirin

6 Cloves Garlic (Pressed)

1 cup light brown sugar

1 knob Ginger (Grated)

1 Tbsp Sesame oil

1 Tsp MSG (Optional)

2 Tsp Onion Powder

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tbsp sesame oil

Teriyaki sauce

use the marniate

Sesame seeds

2 Tbsp Honey

Slurry -

1 Tbsp Corn Starch

1 Tbsp Water

Chicken Katsu:

Fry at 350F for 4-6 Minutes

1 Pckg Chicken Breast

3 Clove garlic

Pinch Salt

Pinch Pepper

3 Large Eggs

4 Tbsp Flour

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Garlic powder

2- 2 1/2 Cups Panko
