I’m trying to lose a bit of weight because I have fatty liver disease. It has been a bit of a task for me because I love food. There’s diets I did try and failed bc the scale wasn’t moving quick enough. I’m impatient, but I have to learn to stay patient and healthy. I’d like to have a diet that includes everything because when I think I can’t have something, it makes me feel miserable.
