Spaghetti squash pumpkin squash butternut squash. I made roasted butternut squash and roasted red bell pepper soup in a bread bowl , topped with Muenster cheese and broiled for cheese pull. My hubby and I shared it with a side salad! I love that sweater weather is right around the corner!!
