Adjust the spice levels based on your preference. 3. Cheeses: Combining mozzarella and cheddar cheese creates a great cheesy melt and flavor. Adding a little Parmigiano Reggiano, as spotted in the ingredients, can deepen the flavor and add a slight nuttiness. 4. Creaminess: Cooking cream mixed with ricotta helps keep the lasagna layers moist and luscious without making it heaviness. 5. Assembly Tips: When layering, alternate between pasta sheets, salmon, creamy spinach mixture, and cheeses. Make sure each layer is evenly spread for the best texture. 6.
